Hi everybody. Sorry I didn't post anything last week but with preparing for work I found that I didn't have the time and also didn't have time to wash my hair until yesterday. Yesterday was interesting because due to the requirements of my job, I had to be sprayed with OC Pepper Spray. It's the stuff that the military and law enforcement uses and is also used in corrections. Well when I got sprayed, some of it found its way into my hair and so I needed to wash my hair to get the stuff out because if not then I would still be burning today. So here was my wash day.
1. Washed hair with Creme of Nature Argan Oil Sulfate-Free Shampoo
2. Deep Conditioned overnight with GVP Humectress Conditioner (review coming soon)
3. Used Neutrogena Triple Moisture Leave In and Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine serum to detangle
4. Put hair in sections and put 4-6 twists in each section
I have to say that I really like the GVP Humectress Conditioner because every time that I have used it, it my hair has been soft and moisturized. Also I decided to put twists in my hair because I don't plan on doing anything this weekend and don't want to deal with my hair until it is time to go back to work. As far as styling, after wearing my hair out for a few days after flat ironing, I used buns as a protective style and I have to say that it paid off because I didn't experience much in shedding and breakage even though reducing breakage and shedding is still one of my goals for the year. Well that's it for now and thank you for continuing to read my blog. Until next time everybody...
